The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The staff is what makes the location nice.

The rooms were so dirty. The water smelled like sewer. I booked to nights and only stood for one night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially if you have kids.

We had a pleasant stay at the Hampton in Exmore. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Yvette in particular was outstanding in customer service as well as making you feel at home. We travel frequently and cannot remember a better experience.

"Bed Bugs "

Horrible! Room had bed bugs and my daughter had an allergic reaction to all the bites. Requiring medical attention. We contacted customer service with no help,, tried saying they couldn’t even see where we stayed there. (the day before) Room 303 Hotels.com had to intervene just to get us reimbursed for the cost of the room. Absolutely a terrible experience !!

"Great hotel"

We were impressed with the cleanliness of hotel and spacious dining room. We appreciated the professionalism of “Yvette” at the front desk. She couldn’t have been nicer and assisted us in anyway we needed. It was so refreshing to see someone that took pride in her job and dressed immaculately.
