If you like historic buildings, this is the place for you! Beautiful old hotel!

This hotel was so cute! Very friendly and incredibly clean!!! We stayed in the family suite on the first floor which was very spacious! It also is incredibly close to the street which is very loud! The TV on the kids area didnt work and the door separating the rooms of the king and bunkbeds was broken and didn’t close. Overall we LOVED our 1 night stay and the area around it! Would definitely recommend!

Very cool old hotel. Never saw any staff, but the lobby was open and our paperwork and key were on the registration counter. Nicely decorated and room was comfortable. No breakfast, though.

Historic hotel located one block from Lake DeFuniak. We were there for the Christmas lights around the lake. This was a perfect location. The building had lots of charm.

This is our favorite hotel by far. Also, my compliments to the Chef at Cafe Nola. The duck was the most exquisite and best dish I’ve ever had.

I paid extra for a king deluxe room but our room had a queen size bed and was different than the photograph used online. Online it said check out was 11am, but the paper they left on the desk for me said 10am. We got to the “hotel” at 1pm and no one was at the desk. Just papers left with our information and keys to the room. No one answered the phone they had on the reservation. Online it also stated we got a free breakfast, but at 8am, there was nothing but coffee and no one around. When I spoke with someone as we were leaving, I mentioned the king bed and she told me I should have contacted the hotel and booked through them instead of booking through hotels.com. On a positive note. The hotel did have a charming atmosphere but it’s more like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. The food at the restaurant downstairs was amazing and the staff was very friendly.

Love this hotel. It is very charming and fun and the area is very walkable. Love the small local businesses and being able to walk around the lake nearby. The room was comfortable. We booked the king which had a separate room with a daybed and desk. The bed itself was more of a queen size and it was very comfortable. This was our second stay there and we will definitely go back

This is a really cool, small, old time hotel. It’s got great ambience and very few staff. It feels like you’re at home and all guests just kind of have the run of the place. Great restaurant next door and very friendly staff

this hotel was fine…just kind of dirty…water on the floor and weird smell by the mini fridge and old hair in the shower
