Booked a 2 bed apartment turned up to find they had booked us into a studio 1 bed. Had no other accommodation. Staff said I needed to find somewhere else and would get a refund. After insisting she found us alternative accommodation at their expense. Still had to wait another 3 hours to get into our accommodation because it had to be cleaned. New accommodation was lovely thank you Reef Villas. Please check your booking. I booked this 10 months ago.

The pool, the layout, location and it was very quiet

Everything was fab but a pair of scissors and some some sharper knives for cooking would be helpful for future guests

Fantastic location. Comfortable apartment. I was totally at home. Great facilities.

If I were to be picky, maybe slightly busy parking options for checking in ease.

The space of apartment and very clean

Nina , was exceptionally accommodating. We were so well looked after by her . The property and room were even better than expected . The pictures did not do the rooms justice for how spacious and fabulous they were. Really good service, facilities & nicely finished decor . Perfect for a group travelling to Port Douglas and short walk to centre and beach.

The heated pool was chilly.

Off road parking

Honestly unfortunately this place is heavily in need of attention in alot of areas. The rooms itself (we had 2 with friends) had dust under chairs on the ground etc, smelt of musk, dirty utensils, holes in the ceiling in bathroom, shower wasn’t working (ensuite) I could go on. The place Faulty smoke alarm- wasn’t working on the first night beeping every 20seconds in the foyer, then removed the next day after mentioning not having been fixed and reinstalled. The gate into the pool wouldn’t shut properly- not kid friendly at all.

The pool and spa was great after a day out.

The young lady next door had a small dog that barked for hours on 1 night then random on the next night. Had booked into the Mediterranean for a good night's sleep which I didn't get. Couldn't be helped I suppose, thin walls.

Pool was a great size, our kids loved it. We had many bbqs sitting by the pool. The lounge was spacious, kitchen fully equiped, bedrooms large and comfortable.
