Everything was wonderful

Very difficult check in. No one was at reception. No one would answer the phone. Also, not a fan of the gate. You HAVE to have a clicker just to LEAVE.

TV and hairdryer didn't work

It has potential, good location, secure parking. Large space.

Basic cleanliness was not up to scratch, the ceiling fans were dirty, sink was dirty from previous guest, food left in the fridge, windows streaky, lots of cobwebs. Lots of other faults- no light in the main bathroom, we were provided with a lamp but it didn’t give sufficient light, there was a large hole in the ceiling where the light should have been. There was only cold water available in the ensuite bathroom, no cold water in the kitchen sink or main bathroom. The water pressure in the ensuite was terrible so showering was hard. There was no lock on the main bathroom. Pool area was a nice space but dated and missing tiles etc it was also left messy from a party that guests had had the night before. No contact with staff at anytime reception is shut on weekends and public holidays.

The location was okay

It wasn’t very clean, there were cobwebs everywhere, the wifi didn’t work, beds were so uncomfortable, smelt like mould and musty, the balcony/patio was full of dirt and leaves.

Location

The place was great, comfy beds, kitchen, laundry, pool.. The only thing that was bad was that the air-conditioning didn't work in our unit. We told the person in charge and she said she tried to get it repaired. The next morning she said sorry but saying sorry didn't give us a good night sleep. The other half where our friends stayed was cool.
