The Mediterranean Port Douglas

Large, clean apartment. Air-conditioning was fantastic. Pool was beautiful. Enjoyed our stay.

Location was great, pool was great.

Unit needed a good clean. Bathroom has mould in shower. Toilet seat is broken. Fridge leaks water every afternoon.

Great apartment with everything Friendly staff and helpful

Only thing for us was our apartment was at the front so there was loud traffic noise from the road.

The room was very spacious. There were lots of extras in the apartment left from previous people to use. Parking was secure .

the reception Nina was amazing,helping, friendly and nothing was a problem for her ,always happy to help !

The pool was excellent, perfect temp for swimming and lounge areas were great. The BBQ was handy and secure parking much appreciated.

Our unit was a bit dated and could have been cleaner especially in the kitchen area.

Great facilities and Nina was so helpful.

Mould in the bathroom and smell in the apartment of the mould.

Nice size rooms, ours had two separate bedrooms both with queen beds. Though we only needed one. Nicely laid out.

Could be cleaner. The patio doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in ages. The kitchen cupboards need a good clean out and so did all the cupboard handles. The shower door doesn’t quite close so water runs across the floor in front of the toilet. It needs re-adjusting. Steps up and down to the appartments can get pretty tiring if you have a lot to load and unload from your car.
