Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort

Not sure where to start but this was the best holiday ever. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the suites are also lovely, with generous size rooms with air con. The staff are also really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The all inclusive vegas perfect. We dived in all the restaurants and the buffets were just delicious. Everything was so clean and fresh it was a pleasure to dine in any of the restaurants on site . The bar at the adult pool was well organised with the most lovely staff and the service was top notch every day with fun friendly staff that made you feel at ease. The whole village was absolutely spotlessly clean nothing was over looked and it was safe and well looked after. The free shuttle bus into the town and beaches were also regular and well organised. I can’t think of anything that I wasn’t happy with, except that I could be back there again to feel relaxed and pampered. My family and I used the thalasso spa for treatments including nails and massages that were done by professional staff but who really cared that you were happy. The pools were also clean and inviting and I’m very envious of everybody who’s going on holiday here. Enjoy every second. The team who cleaned our villa were also happy and attentive and left our rooms feeling super clean and ready for our return. Can’t wait to return very very soon ENJOY

Only back from this amazing hotel from start to finish, i couldn't fault it. The staff were excellent, the food was very good, the room was tidy and clean, everything bout the hotel was top class. My wife has strict dietary requirements and the staff couldn't do anymore for her, we were blown away by this. The hotel is in a good area, a lovely ten minute walk into town. Also its great for kids, plenty of entertainment throughout the day and a show on every night aswell.

This hotel was way above our expectations after reading some reviews about the food and drinks. We had a fantastic holiday, from the wonderful pool area to the room patios. The grounds were gorgeous and very well kept. Premium drinks were available at both the pool bar and the indoor bar. We never had any complaints about the food — it was great. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a fab hotel so clean, lovely staff and we got upgraded to half board and the food was so nice. Lots for children to do and a beautiful spa.heated pool and loads of sun beds. Great facilities. Mini disco was a big hit with our children. We will defo be back.

Nice modern hotel staff very friendly and helpful rooms cleaned daily and pool area very good. The downside was the food some weird combinations at breakfast and evening meals very little in the way of chicken and beef but pork in various recipes almost daily. Personally the food didn’t feel tailored to the English taste and we struggled to put a decent plate of food together and ended up eating out most nights

Absolutely fabulous holiday. Great food, brilliant service stayed in premiere suites well worth the upgrade we will be back hopefully soon 5 stars

Great holiday in a lovely location. Rooms are perfect and have everything you need apart from a toilet brush. No idea what people are moaning about - there is DEFINITELY an adults only area a LONG way away from the kids area. All the food was great on the buffets. The pool snack bar had a great range and the club sandwiches are incredible. Chus and Adriana are amazing and really look after you - although first impressions can be misleading 🤣. Evening entertainment is varied and great fun - it is what you make it! Will return!
