Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort

Travelling with wheelchair user ,we stayed in royal village accessible room with hired equipment which was great .this hotel is brilliant and very accommodating .from checking in with the brilliant Omar to checking out couldn’t fault this hotel .Maintenance men moved pool hoist to which ever pool we wanted, even the Spa with the wonderful Christina which my daughter had never experienced ,fabulous . Dani and Adriana from Adult Bars were brilliant and so much fun ,entertainment was very good also Omar, Pablo and Morgana from reception who ordered taxi .s etc overall a great team . Food was very varied in adults only and had something for every one .you would not go Hungry . We didn’t go to children’s entertainment but they seemed very entertained by Pepe . Plenty to do round pool in day with water aerobics ,darts,bingo ,quiz Overall a great atmosphere and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be returning . Only a suggestion but I would put a net over the food in the adults only outdoor resturant

Stayed here seven years ago with friends this time we upgraded to the Adult only Premium Suites the food was very good lots of choices and hot in the upstairs restaurant and lunch time in the Los Jameos pool bar and restaurant The negative side is the flies that’s around the adult pool and bar they bite.

Very disappointing overall. Restaurant quality quite poor for a 4 star hotel (supposed). Management very rude to some of the guests, including us when children present. Beautiful to look at but clearly has a lot of room for improvement, particularly in the restaurant.

Don’t waste your hard earned money , very understaffed unclean. Long wait at bars for a drink . We paid for prestige accommodation that entitled us to an à la carte meal in the steakhouse . Arrived late Thursday night went to book steakhouse for any of the 2 days it opened in the week “fully booked “. Really don’t get what you pay for . Supposed to stay a week moved after the 3rd day , hate writing a bad review but in this case it warranted it . Hotel has lots of potential but it serves their patrons with bare minimum . Sad that we couldn’t ever recommend this place 😒

Positives: Lovely grounds, good location, front desk staff very helpful and polite, helped with trips and the local area room initially clean. Spa lovely. Food edible, good selection of food at the buffet. Iron, coffee machine in room but this pretty standard. Nice outside area to relax outside room. Negatives: Door key didn't work, which happens but told by a ground staff member who gave us access with their card, to wait in room whilst they got a replacement. After an hour went to reception who had no knowledge we were waiting but as they were amazing, it was sorted quickly. Bar and restaurant staff rude, almost like you are bothering them when asking for things like cutlery or a drink. One occasion sat at a clear table with my food and a staff member came over said the area is closed whilst picking up my plate of food and walked off to put it on another table then proceeded to ask me if im paying for my drinks, (which i didnt even have yet and hadnt asked for) when I stated I was all inclusive, asked for my wristband which was obviously visible and you get checked by room number when entering the restaurant. Not allowed to get own drinks from machine at dinner or lunch but service very slow so just gotta wait until you get asked if you want one. Lady at pool bar miserable, ignored us as she cleaned, told to us wait whilst she finshed wiping the bar then no eye contact when taking the order, flung the drink at us. I almost apologised for disturbing her wiping. The rooms were not cleaned properly. Literally just made the bed, didn't change the sheets or pillows or sweep the floor or wipe surfaces or sink. After a couple days the toilet seat was pretty dirty as not cleaned. No where to hang your wash cloths in the bathroom, no shower door so bathroom gets wet when showering. Drinks basic and watery, entertainment poor 2 south African singers tried and were good apart from that one night entertainment not lively, everyone came dressed up and left complaining, good for very small kids though. Wifi cuts in and out. Overall a bit disappointing I cannot the fault reception team at all but the rest of the experience was not so great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elba Premium Suites Lanzarote, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was warm and attentive, but I have to give a special mention to Raul at the Los Jameos snack bar—his friendliness and great service really stood out and made our days by the pool even more enjoyable. The food throughout the stay was fantastic. Each evening brought a different themed dinner, which kept things exciting and offered a wide variety of delicious options. It was clear a lot of thought and effort went into both the quality and presentation of the meals. The hotel’s location is also a huge plus. It’s perfectly situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere within the resort itself. Overall, this was a wonderful holiday experience, and I’m already looking forward to returning again soon.
