Rude staff. Hotel gettn old and rough shafe

They would only allow 7 people in the pool area at one time. Very disappointing we didn’t even get to use the pool because there was always 7 people in there.

Not very much. Very poor representation of the Hilton brand.

The property was recently renovated and it is FILTHY already. Very poorly maintained and gives the impression that the staff doesn’t care.

This hotel was very nice. We were greeted by a guest services attendant who was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bar/food server gave excellent service. The check-in and check-out process very easy. Thank you for making our post travel day relaxing.

Clean, quiet and has all the amenities anyone would need

Did not stay got no notifcication of the reservation No advance notice of the stay in june. Can't get a hold of hotels .com customer service. This is a total scan Don't book with them

Hotel stay was good. I want to give a shout out to Patrick! We had an issue with our bill and Patrick was very helpful!! Would definitely recommend staying here. Casino is next door so it was fun to visit. Also not far away from downtown Omaha, very easy to get to from the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition and quality of the hotel based on the price. Our only issue was temperature, the common areas were very warm and our room never cooled down fully. It was June so I know the system was working hard, but we run hot so temperature is very important.

Amazing experience! Front desk service was incredible, Jason was so friendly and accommodating. I spend over 50% nights on road. He made me feel at home. Dee was great on check out, wanted to make sure my stay was great! Thank you for the great experience.
