Hilton Garden Inn Omaha East/Council Bluffs

Location and the staff!! Super kind and friendly. EVERY single person we interacted with my so nice and had a smile on their face. Rare to see, but we loved it!!

Room had garbage from other in the bathroom under the sink. Crumbs, spilled liquids and a shoe insole.

We had a solid one night stay during a road trip. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly. The drinks at the bar were a bit pricey but otherwise, no complaints.

Clean and recently remodeled. Nice rooms and furnishings. Recommended.

I’m pretty sure I left my black vest in my room where my friends room and I told them to call me. They’ve never called me and they weren’t able to look in the lost and found because they didn’t have a key when I was there.

The property was clean, employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a little expensive and there wasn’t a lot of parking.

Close to casino, well kept

Bed was not very comfortable.
