Allyndale Motel

I bicycled 151 miles from my home to Duluth in one day. I was tired and in pain. Thee brightest spot was the comfortable bed. It was all I really wanted when I made it to Duluth. This motel sits on a nice, large piece of property. The hostess was very helpful. I'll probably stay here again.

Despite claiming a 24hr front desk they refused to refund money when we arrived after midnight saying we "should have called". I guess from our flight that was late. Kept our money. I would avoid doing business we these people.

Guess what. The front desk is not 24 hour and the management is extremely rude and unprofessional when confronted with the lie on their page. Kept the money taken on a lie. Please drop them!!!

The manger was rude room was nothing it showed and I paid almost 90 for a room aller then my bedroom. Will not be stay there or using Expedia again!!!!

There was such a strong perfume smell in the room we had to find a different hotel. The smell was overwhelming. When we complained at the front desk they were aware and said it did bother some people.

My girlfriend and I went up north to get out of the city, that was accomplished Bathroom was small... I mean reallysmall.... but overall, not a bad experience. I highly recommend Grandmas Place and Bentleville for the XMas lights...

The room was very cozy and had a very comfy bed! Cute, tiny bathroom. Very complimentary staff.

We stopped overnight on a trip of two days. My wife was bothered by the air fresheners in the room and felt better after we had stored them in the refrigerator and aired out the rooms. There is no restaurant in the hotel so we chose a nearby restaurant that was well rated. However it was Saturday evening and it was closed along with most other restaurants so we ended up at McDonald's. The rooms are older but clean. We had a reasonable breakfast which is picked up at the front desk and eaten in the room because there is no eating area.

I met a lady the next morning outside and she was very, very angry. She was holding in her forefinger a pair of men's red boxers she said that she found in her bed! Gross!!!

No protein or fruit in breakfast; just carbos?
