Location was excellent. Large well decorated room and large bed.

We were disappointed that breakfast was not included in the room rate. There was black mould in the velux window.

We regularly stay here. Great location with easy access to the town centre and gardens. Great bar with excellent food and drink. Very helpful staff.

Slight issue with the shower/bath in Room 1, which the staff are aware of and dealing with. Rooms would benefit from blackout curtains.
