Excellent location Really nice room Good staff & nice pub

The shower was unusable due to the high temperature. Very dangerous. I did report this issue & the staff said they would deal with. But a week before someone else reported an issue with the hot temperature

"Fantastic room and great location."

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Parking was easy and free.very quiet location, short walk into town. Pub itself was really nice and the staff were welcoming.

The food was disappointing. Very long wait and poor quality.

"Annual visit to The fox at BSE"

We regularly stay here. Great location with easy access to the town centre and gardens. Great bar with excellent food and drink. Very helpful staff.

Slight issue with the shower/bath in Room 1, which the staff are aware of and dealing with. Rooms would benefit from blackout curtains.

"Comfortable stay, well located and ideal for visiting the area."

Location was excellent. Large well decorated room and large bed.

We were disappointed that breakfast was not included in the room rate. There was black mould in the velux window.
