great breakfast,location,parking and facilities

The shower / tap water temperature was dangerously near to scalding, (why?) making a comfortable shower almost impossible. The room (#2) is rather dark,with a lightbulb missing, and was rather overheated overall,, meaning a window had to be permanently opened not to get stuffy.But overall, very good.
