"Joli et mignonne chambre bien placée dans le centre ville"

L’emplacement est canon, la chambre est mignonne et la préparation pour petit déjeuner est suffisante.

Petit bémol sur l’isolation phonique car l’avantage de l’emplacement devient un petit inconvénient quant au niveau sonore, mais au moment de notre séjour c’était très minime.

Fantastic room. So clean and comfortable and quiet. Lovely breakfast tray with tea and coffee cereal and croissants. Staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to help. I would 100% recommend

"Couldn’t relax here. Too many small annoyances pushed me to leave."

Great location to visit the cathedral and shops. Right in the heart of the city.

So very noisy. It was really load with people outside and it felt like they were in the room. If you are trying to get a break from the busyness of the city streets. Going to the room was not the place to get it. Couldn’t relax so ended up not staying the night.

"Clean, charming and great value hotel in excellent central location -"

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Central location was great - literally around the corner from the Abbey! The hotel is in a very old Tudor building with charming themed rooms. Our room was clean and cosy with a large double bed plus a small table and 2 chairs. The bathroom was very modern and there was a mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities and a small breakfast of cereal and croissants provided in the room. There was also a large stand up fan in the corner which was effective in keeping the room cool (it was a lovely warm and sunny weekend in May). We got the room for a very good price and thought it was great value.

It wasn’t very clear how to get into the hotel. There's a big sign on the building above an old antique shop so looks like that’s the entrance but you actually need to enter via the tapas restaurant next door and the hotel is above the restaurant. The room although cosy was a little cramped with no storage space really but it was fine for one night. There are steep stairs up to the rooms but to be expected in a building of that age.
