Location

This is the first hotel that I've been to where I could not get a cup of tea. Yes, I came back tired and cranky and I just wanted a cup of tea with cookie. That's a stupid, little, thing but it really turned me off to your hotel. The front desk could not get me a tea bag and there were none in the room. Another small item but since I was ticked off already it was a bummer, handicapped room, already in the shower, realized with pump body wash I needed a wash cloth. They were all the way out in the sink alcove. Not happening. Need them in the shower room.

"Bed and pillows were very problematic. I liked everything else including the staff."

I liked everything including the staff. The parking and security to parking area was impressive. The bed and pillows were the only problematic items.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Did not sleep well. Woke up limping, but fortunately got better as I moved around. The pillows were not firm enough. I need the support from firm pillows. For these reasons, I will not be returning when I need a hotel in the area.

"Decent"

The location was great! The staff was amazing at the front desk! Grateful for the ac!

I booked the 2 rooms knowing the kids could use the pool during down time but unfortunately was closed until the day before we had to leave and we had a full day planned and water looked pretty cloudy. Also found trash under the pullout couch as well as dead bugs on tv stand.

Breakfast was exceptional. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. There was an issue with elevator making noise but it was addressed.

That I was charged daily for parking!
