SpringHill Suites Fairfax Fair Oaks

It was very nice.

The pool was under maintenance which I did not know when I booked. That was the only reason I chose this location.

Cleaning staff were very accomodating and good. Parking was good. Coffee in the urns was actually good.

Breakfast was very poor. Would really appreciate a heated/cooked potatoe dish in the morning and in the 7 nights we were there, that was only on offer one morning. Even tho they had 3 hot plates for breakfast foot, most mornings only 2 were being used for food. Poor show.

Clean and decent for the price

The cleaning lady kept not making the sofa bed all time although we had third person sleeping on it like it wasn't a part of her room making 🙃

Shower pressure.

The property is kept in awful condition. It looks dirty and run down from the outside. The glass awning in front is dark and dirty.

Breakfast and close to the Memorial I attended.

Construction Work till 11:15 PM in the room next to me. Phone lines in the room are either disconnected or cut, tub was Missing the non slip stickers so I fell and I was in a handicap accessible room. This was not a good experience for me.
