"Springhill Suites was a great place to stay for an overnight!"

Room was spacious & well appointed. Everything was very clean, housekeeping did a great job! Bed comfy, will be back

While the parking rates are reasonable, I'm not a fan of paid parking at hotels. Especially in the burbs. Also a persistent odor in the halls & by the elevator on the 4th floor. Was very unpleasant, yuck! Did not permeate the elevators & every other place was fine

Not much and total lie of what you advertised and what you delivered

Uncleanliness, and threadbare carpets along with advertisements that were a lie. Will have to describe all to Visa when bill arrives.
