Front desk clerk was snappy/ irritable, booked for the pool went to go swimming and was told that “they run things differently” so pool was closed early everyone was sent back to their rooms. There was constant running and stomping all night and well past 5:30 in the morning so could not get any rest. Room was missing trash bags, tubs drain stop was broke, appeared to have mold that was painted over.

"It was ok, and location was good."

The room could use some care. The hook broken off in shower, knob on door is off. Pillows were tiny. Staff were great at the front desk. TV did not give us local channels no matter what we did. Front desk lady brought a different remote up and it worked for a day. Rooms were loud. You could here walking above us, People in the hallway etc...

"In a NUTSHELL"

MY STAY WAS BEAUTIFUL UNTIL 9:10 am WHEN HOUSEKEEPING CAME-A-KNOCKING. IF CHECKOUT IS 11 am WHY ARE YOU KNOCKING AT 9 am? I FELT FORCED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES, and THAT’S NOT A GOOD LOOK. BREAKFAST COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER. THOUGH I’M NOT A BREAKFAST PERSON, MY DAUGHTER AND 7 YEAR OLD GRAND DAUGHTER ACCOMPANIED ME. OVERALL I WILL BE STAYING AGAIN JUST LIGHTEN UP ON THE EARLY MORNING KNOCKS.
