Bed...

House keeping was horrible and rushed us.. Beating on door at 9 a.m. talking about some damn house keeping and we were checking out at 11... Making all the noise in the hall trying to make us gone leave early... Time changed and when thought it was 8:15 but it was 9:15 and we missed breakfast and they didn't give a damn... We checked in late last night and out at check out time at 11 and at 11:01 house keeping was beating on the door again and we were getting our bags together to walk out... Maybe my 3rd and last time staying... I'd rather goto Drury and deal with them

The location was good

The king room did not have. Couch as pictures showed had to move to double queen no discount they had pool closed before 10 so daughter was unable to swim and breakfast was sad

"Horrible Hotel"

The beddings had stains and holes, the ceiling was leaking, the towels looked used with stains on them, they had no blankets on the bed and were not able to provide one due to giving them all out, as I was informed. The phones in the room don’t work. No garbage can in the bathroom. The room was dusty. Hair on the bed sheets. There were like 4 or 5 bed sheets on the beds which were poorly made. Never again did will I stay there and I dont recommend. I was so uncomfortable. Kids running up and down the hallways. After not being able to refund me for the second night, I just left. I could not stay.

The infrastructure on this hotel is awful. We heard the guest above us all night long just walking around. Even in the hallways you can hear guest a walking above you. The breakfast was very minimal.
