I like the free breakfast, the price, the cleanliness, and the closeness to the interstate

The staff was very rude, the heat in our room was not able to adjust, I am pretty sure that i will not go back.

The staff wasn’t helpful at all. My room was dirty and I was told I couldn’t get a new room. I have pictures of mold in the bathroom, the tub had a dirty ring around it and a roach in the toilet. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. The worst experience of my life.

Staff was great,breakfast and rooms was great.

Clean Comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. It's very close to shopping and restaurants and 10-15 minute drive to Memphis and most attractions. The staff was friendly and gave good restaurant recommendations! What I didn’t like was the process of getting more clean towels. I had to ask several times and they leave them hanging outside your door. Other than that, everything was fine.

Location to Whitehaven, Tn., we're we were visiting. And close to a lot of shopping.

Staff no friendly. Horrible breakfast. No battery in our smoke detector in our room, my husband had to put one in. Mattress comfortable but the bed frame was very squeaky and loud.
