Enjoyable stay in a nicely unkept property. Breakfast was below average but the staff was great.

The night front desk worker was rude. When we used the pool and asked for towels also when she was mopping the wet floor. If u don’t like your job don't work there.

Get a person at the front desk that cares about her job.. She was rude and not friendly. Also, gave us a handicap room and my wife and I are not handicaped and did not ask for that type of room. Her alone is why we would not stay here again.

Before we even got checked in the lady at the front desk really seemed like she did not want to be there what so ever, didn’t even look at you when you talked to her not much of a conversationalist at all. Tried to charge me twice for the same room and when I asked why I was being charged again she could tell me why, and I explained the payment had already been made. Which is crazy because when I check out of the one downtown Memphis they don’t charge until the stay is over with. But whatever When we finally got into the room the room was okay, very humid in there. The bed was so hard, the pillows smelled like they had never been changed and just a lot of heads were recently on the pillows, there were spiders on the wall, something was on the floor making us itch. The “Breakfast” an absolute joke. They had someone’s crockpot and had gravy in it, and sausage and a wet biscuit. The towels smelled TERRIBLE then they had a strong strong vinegar smell. Then our check was set at 11am, the lady at the front desk was coming around at like 10:50 saying it’s time to leave. The one downtown Memphis was a 10/10 and I thought this was going to give the same experience. Absolutely not. Definitely wouldn’t recommend but if you’re looking for something cheap, very mediocre and poor customer service then this the right place for you.

First off .. phone didn’t work in room. Toilet leaked.. shower head barely worked water barely came out of the shower head. Bug on shower curtain… asked to be moved to another room didn’t have a double bed available so was stuck in the room for the night after a long day at baseball. Black mold under the shower pad in the shower…

Nice and quiet. Very clean and comfortable too.
