Residence Inn by Marriott Birmingham Downtown UAB

The staff made my stay feel like home. The breakfast staff were terrific and KeKe at the front desk was especially warm and caring as I was in town to see a dying family member. Hotels are often the same. People make the difference.

Great front desk with Keke and she was very helpful after she helped us with an issue with our gift card even though she was working on so many other things.

Keke was amazing. She assisted me with checking in. Always greets with a smile and so professional. This is why I canceled my other hotels and moved them to the Residence Inn

The breakfast was your basic hotel foods. The kitchen staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean. Maybe a little overpriced. It is close to UAB. Several fast food restaurants that you can walk too easily. Parking is $25 and it is good parking seeing how limited it is downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was great. The rooms were comfy and slept great.

Little tight squeeze between bed and tv to use the bathroom but nothing too bad.

The area was great

The room hot water wasn’t working, one came to fix it , I took two cold showers because I had a concert to attend. When I came back the staff change the room after three phone calls.
