The parking

Location was very convenient, relaxing, friendly atmosphere, room was super clean, value was very reasonable. Service from all staff was superb, Keke was extremely helpful and friendly. Noise level was what to be expected since we were near the hospital. Amenities were great. Overall best hotel experience in a while especially with customer service.

Our shower didn’t work the best

My parents and I were visiting Birmingham, Alabama for the first time and decided to stay here because of the high ratings on the Marriott Bonvoy app. From arrival to check out, we had such great service. Special shout out to Keke who greeted us with a smile, answered all of our questions, and even offered recommendations for activities to do while we were in town. When we arrived, our rooms weren’t ready and she called us as soon as they were. The hotel location is central and there are a variety of restaurant and shops you can walk to and many other options not too far a drive. Even though it wa sold out, there wasn’t too much noise and the breakfast is standard. My mom also got help making a waffle from an employee who was extremely gracious. If I go back, I’d definitely stay here! Thanks for a great first time to Birmingham (and Alabama!)
