Nulla piacevole assolutamente da dimenticare

Siamo stati altre volte in questo hotel ma ora è del tutto inagibile .... la struttura vecchia e obsoleta non ci ha mai dato fastidio ma questa volta era inaccettabile la condizione !!!!! Cibo pessimo e non degno delle 5 stelle descritte colazione assolutamente da baracca di strada ma il top è che non esistono piu servizi di nessun genere !!! Il ristorante sulla spiaggia , l animazione , lo staff serale dopo cena , servizi di piscina ecc eccc tutto inasistente !!!! Ci è stato detto che mesi fa un incendio avevo distrutto tutto quello elencato e per ora non era in progetto in ripristino .... allucinante veramente !!!!!!! Struttura pericolosa in generale causa la chiusura di oltre metà hotel che sta letteralmente crollando infatti una sera passeggiavamo nella proprietà e le guardie ci hanno allontanato perche pericoloso stare li !!!!! Da evitare non vale il prezzo 5 stelle ma nemmeno quello di 1 stella

The resort is breath taking. Beautiful beach.. the food was really good. The staff is well trained, very friendly and helpful. A Super shout out to one of your Bar Men "Brian" what an exceptional young man! Overall good value for money

The duvets were old and had lint. Very irritable on the skin. We had no hot water throughout our stay.

It was absolutely worth it. The location is superb

Die Lage am Strand ist schön, aber die haben andere Unterkünfte in dieser Gegend auch.

Es waren grosse Renovierungen im Gange und diverse Angebote waren nicht vorhanden, z.B. der Pool für Erwachsene oder das Spa. Auf Nachfrage konnte die Rezeption auch keine Alternativen für z.B. Massagen aufzeigen. Allgemein hatte man den Eindruck, das alles etwas vernachlässigt und lieblos war. Im Ganzen wurde nicht geboten, was z.B. die Webseite versprochen hat.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The property is extremely outdated and feels neglected, with old furniture and poor maintenance throughout. The food was terrible bland, low quality, and not worth the price at all.
