Хороший просторный отель. Хорошее соотношение цена качество. На первой береговой линии. Вкусный шведский стол, напитки у нас не были включены, цены на них чуть выше , чем в магазине. Есть сетка для пляжного волейбола. Отель охраняется, даже с береговой линии.

Хотелось бы пресной воды в душе.

This is a premier location within Diani Beach. Security is excellent. Every member of the staff here is courteous and professional. This was my second stay at this location. The first was the summer of 2023 and honestly, they have not missed a beat. The meals that they prepare and the spirit that they exhibit while preparing and serving food is top notch. You can come here and truly feel relaxed. Also, if you need a refreshing drink, find Eric, the master mixologist at the bar.

Shower pressure and water heat could be better. It's manageable but I do wish it were better. It's not a deal breaker however.

Fantastisk personal och läget vid jättebra strand . Särskilt tack till Robert, Brian och Livingston för er fina service och sociala närvaro! Men som sagt ALL personal var mycket engagerade , närvarande och tillmötesgående!

Hotellet är slitet , och motsvarar inte 5 stjärnor . En del av hotellet påminner om rivningsfastighet. Andra delar , där vi bodde , har ett spektakulärt fint läge / utsikt .

"REVE DEVENU CAUCHEMAR - JUSTE UNE ENVIE DE QUITTER L'HOTEL - MONKEY LAND"

Plage -

Impossible de se déplacer correctement dans l'hotel sans l'attaque des singes !!! Il est important de préciser au client qu'ils vont côtoyer des singes pendant leur séjour, jusque dans leur chambre !!!!!!!!! En plus, inondation dans la chambre - Fuite à partir de la chambre du haut - certainement le climatiseur- Reactivité ZERO - pas de considération pour les clients - LA MANAGEMENT EST JUSTE ABSENT !!! UNE INSULTE POUR LES CLIENTS !!!! DES DOCUMENTS IMPORTANTS ABIMES - L'Hotel s'en fout juste!!! HOTEL à EVITER - Très vieux hotel - ne vous fiez surtout pas aux photos publiés par booking.com.

Good beach and area but a totally run down hotel, in ruins at parts.

The hotel haven't been renovated in 20-30years, many things broken and overall rundown (parts literally in ruins).
