en el lugar se aprecia que no hay mucho mantenimiento a sus instalaciones, en las habitaciones estan mas o menos decentes, y lo que si no me gustó fue la tardanza con las facturas

Esta en la zona industrial de celaya o que facilita el traslado a las zonas de trabajo, lo que no nos gusto es que el tren pasa a un lado y hace muchisimo ruido, te despierta dos o tres veces durante la noche y la madrugada

Muy mal el hotel, las instalaciones en mal estado, la habitación sucia, había una cama y un colchón tirado en el suelo , decidimos no quedarnos y nos retiramos inmediatamente, no vuelvo a reservar con ustedes.

debido a las condiciones anti-higienicas del lugar no me quede ahi, parece un hotel abandonado, las instalaciones están sucias, los sillones del recibidor y la habitación están tan sucios que parecen recogidos del basurero, no se diga el resto de las instalaciones, el elevador se encuentra fuera de servicio.
