LAS INSTALACIONES MUY VIEJAS, LA ALFOMBRA MUY SUCIA

Problemas en el check in, que se resolvio pero no debio pasar. Registre 3 pax y ellos decian solo 2. Pero llevaba mi reserva.

una dessepcion total de mision hotel exress de Celaya llegue y me mandaron al tercer piso sin estar lleno el hotel y el elevador no servia entre al cuarto y la llave no servia para prender la electricidad, me cabiaron de habitacion media hora despues y esta tampoco tenia electricidad y como lo que queria ers dormir pues entre muy enojado al esyar dormido se prendio la luz y me desperto el sonido de el televisor a todo volumen con regeton horrible noche sin dormir faltal

Nada servía (elevador, aire acondicionado, chapa de la puerta), muy mal mantenimiento, faltaban focos, no pudimos dormir ya que toda la noche pasa el tren (frente al hotel), lo único bueno fue el desayuno

Todo bien a excepción de que la cortina no estaba bien colocada y a media noche se safo, camas muy duras, personal muy amable, buena relación costo, servicio

The hotel is old, dirty and shabby The highway and the train track are literally to the said. There is terrible isolation in the rooms. I had to ask the hotel to change me to an other room which improved a little, but still you could hear a motor going on. Also for a working hotel that breakfast start at 7 is late if you consider some people need to leave early. On the positive note the hotel staff is super nice.

If you need a quick place to crash or last resort. This place would do. The rooms are outdated and the carpet really Needs to he changed. NO good options other than 7/11 on the corner..

Terrible place, will never go back.

We visited this hotel on octuber 11, 2014, the hotel is 4 floors, the lobby is very small and the general areas are ok, I could see some stains on the carpet corridors but I think the rooms have been renovated, the bedss are excellent, the bathroom looks old but its ok, if you are visiting Celaya and end up in this hotel which is located outside of the city (If visiting I recomend a hotel within the city) please ask for a room not facing the railroad tracks, I was there on a saturday night, I did not know about the railroad and got a room facing the tracks, let me tell you that I counted 4 trains passing through that night and I know because they all sounded the horn because there is a street crossing very near the hotel, so if you have a light sleep this is not a place for you, over all if a decent hotel for the money.
