Hampton Inn & Suites Palestine

I like the location , reliable and clean A little complicated to get in and out on the road but the service, the location, the team, our breakfast and the cleanliness were great.

very friendly staff. nice facility. Only thing was the text asking if you need anything was useless. We responded we needed more towels and never heard back,

Our stay at this Hampton Inn was okay. The only problem was the hidden pet fee. The facility was listed as “pet friendly” and nothing was said about a $75 pet fee. We won’t be staying at another Hilton property again.

Hotel was under renovations which was not presented to me upfront while making reservations. Upon checking into our room I inspected it and noticed stains ontop of comforters, I immediately went down to the front desk to ask clerk for new bedding, the clerk then gave me the bedding for me to remake beds we haven’t even used. I think we should’ve been offered a new room, so I return to room to change the bedding and came to the realization that these are not comforter tops and they had holes in them. We were now running late for our event so upon leaving I asked the clerk could they correct this while we were out, he said yes but when we got back to the room that night, nothing was changed. Tired from event we just went to bed, but my wife and I had a hard time getting to sleep because of the toilet running all night! This was a horrible experience and I really just want my money back.

We were welcomed in by friendly face. Checking in was very easy and given details about the room, breakfast and departure times for train ride.

There could of been more waffle machines. Since there were so many children. Everyone was very patient.

The staff was amazing!

The bed was impossibly hard. I could not sleep comfortably.

The property is being update so the outside made it looked abandoned from the road 😂 Inside is nicely redone. The staff is awesome. They were having special activities for the kids and Polar Express!

This isn't one of the better Hampton Inn's. I made my reservation on their 800 number and they didn't tell me the building is under renovation. There was construction equipment outside and the building exterior was partly unpainted. The interior seemed to be done and it was beautiful. But there was a large stain on the carpet outside our room & there were dings on the walls. The swimming pool is "permanently closed" for some reason. Breakfast was lacking. There were no eggs or bacon available, until I asked the clerk in the kitchen, where she was sitting doing nothing. I can't say he front desk clerks were overly friendly. For $150 a night I expected more. We would not stay here again.
