Hampton Inn & Suites Palestine

Hotel is completing renovations but room was still quality and breakfast was good. Parking is limited as of now due to the construction equipment. Rooms, bathrooms, and hotel in general was very clean. Staff was friendly and had no problems during our stay.

Despite the property being renovated the room was fabulous, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable!

The hotel was in the process of a large renovation. Had I known that, I would not have booked at this hotel. We ran water in the shower for 30 minutes before getting water that was barely lukewarm, much less hot. They did move us to a different room the next day. The shower in the second room went from hot to cold to hot.

The hotel was undergoing renovations so it was hard to evaluate.

The air conditioning unit in my room kept making a terrible sound every few minutes. I got zero sleep. Also the hotel was under construction and there was a mess everywhere.

Wet clean rooms and the facility overall was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. Had really good coffee!

The free breakfast is lacking. Not many options.

All in all it was a good stay, I wish they would mention on the booking that the hotel was doing active renovations, the swimming pool was permanently closed. Room was clean and staff was accommodating and friendly. If back in the area I would stay here again.
