Location was good. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

Property is being renovated and the contractor is doing a poor job. Gave a list of “missed” items to the front desk.

The breakfast was good. The staff was pleasant. The facility was clean.

It may not be the hotel's fault, but when booking the hotel, I saw pictures of a pool, but they are not there now. The hotel's pool has been closed for a year. Also, the floors in our room were cracking and you could feel it moving when you stepped on certain parts of the floor. They are in the middle of renovations, so it may be fixed soon.

Very clean and renovations look great. Our King Suite was huge - much bigger than anticipated. The new flooring, bathroom (with a glass door on the shower 🚿 which is so much better than a shower curtain - thank you!) Customer service was friendly and walking into the entrance smelt so clean and fresh.
