It was nice, clean, the front desk staff although they were busy they were helpful and friendly

The housekeeping staff went into my children room and accused them of smoking in the room because of the smoke smell in their clothes, it wasn’t even check out time and we hadn’t checked out and they went into the room without permission.

Was clean staff was nice

The walls are to thin we were just talking and the person next door kept banging on the wall for us to be quiet and it was only 10 pm walks are way to thin..

Renovations were not mentioned when booking, disappointed about the ongoing construction noise , closed pool , closed laundry ., etc ....terrible continental breakfast ! And loud air condition noise the whole stay...smh ! Terrible stay !!! Very disappointed for the money I paid ☹️😠
