Close to shops, park and eateries. The room was a lovely size with a view and a balcony overlooking Hagley Park. Nice comfortable bed and pillows.

The unwelcoming reception personnel, tired and dirty entrance that smelt like spicy food including the hallway on my level. No plug, dish cloth, tea towel or dish rack to do dishes, only one coffee mug ptovided no hairdryer until I asked for one, bathroom door would not close properly and this was in an upgraded room with a balcony.
