Nothing Not a single thing.

After reading the reviews on this place it’s the owners that need to take responsibility. They blame inadequate , useless staff and nothing changes. The cleanliness was disgraceful, to say the least. Management do not step up and sort it. The staff lack cleanliness levels to the worst degree like it is incomprehensible that health department has t been sent in. The stupid paper signs everywhere threatening fines for this that and the other is fruitless compared to the hygiene. There are hundreds of people that would love a job in a place like that and will actually do the work. Years of bad reviews complaining of service with nothing changing is a total insult to people who pay good money for the shittiest service ever. The place should be locked down and de-scummed. It so unhygienic and I’d be embarrassed to work there.

The room is fabulous. The bath, the dark curtains and the comfy bed.

Riesiges Zimmer, kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. In 30 Minuten zu Fuß durch den Botanischen Garten sind das Stadtzentrum und der River Market easy erreichbar. Gute Restaurants in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich.
