Just little things like lampshade was missing a light bulb, towel heater in bathroom was dangling off the wall and only one coffee mug for two people

Great location but unfortunately that is all i can positively say

Room did not appear to be cleaned properly, if not at all, empty wine bottle on the floor next to the couch. The cups and plates were all dirty when we went to get them out of the cupboard. The shower/bath had someone’s hair in it and alot of brown soap-scum. One of the windows gad a broken bent frame so we got road noise all night. No staff around anywhere to address about the issues. I mentioned on check out and we got a very unapologetic sorry that didn’t feel like she even cared to listen. I wont be staying again
