Location

No staff at the front desk for long portions of the day. Room was not cleaned and cleaning staff had left by 2:30pm. Hotel processed room charges before free cancellation date and had to process refund for one of the rooms in the booking.

The area is quiet beside the park. The buffet breakfast in the hotel is good.

The TV is broken in the room where we were in, and couldn’t find the clerk to take care of it.

Dirty, loud... 1/2 size spa bath spat out brown water, shower has black mould, TV had no sound, breakfast was a sham... was so excited to stay here but sadly fell way below expectations.

Location on Parkview was excellent and the breakfast was also excellent. Very nice food and good selection and nice and hot.

The room was adequate for our overnight stop. The shower recess could use a clean up.
