The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. "Surprisingly really enjoyed my stay here, traditional japanese stay with very good staff and comfortable beds."

Nice room, comfortable to stay in, and thick futons to sleep on. Staff were great, helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good and onsen was enjoyable. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

One thing is the lobby smells bad, only in the lobby though. it is a little bit of a walk from the station, however they did shuttle us back to the train station in the morning if you sign up ahead of time. It is also a nice town to walk in so enjoy!

帳場の方が親切で感じが良かった、火打石でのお見送りもありました ロビーのお水が甘くて美味しかったです 文化センター近くで、木曽踊りに参加できました

部屋と本館との行き来が煩わしい 露天風呂が閉鎖中だった 部屋が狭い 割高に感じる 朝食がイマイチだった

The room was very comfortable and well appointed and the hotel had an onsen.

It’s a bit of a walk from the train station but if you only have a back pack it’s fine. The walk did not bother us as you see the older Fukushima Juku part of town.

Comfy stay, with good proximity to the Kiso Valley and Nakansendo trail walk. Check out the local town which has some great places to eat and interesting stores selling locally made items.
