Beautiful hotel recently refurbished, friendly staff, food size rooms

Nice hotel and excellent staff. A bit far from everything and saw rats running around pool. Wifi poor connection. Staff very helpful and pleasant

The room itself was clean and nicely decorated. It was kind of odd that we had a shower in our bedroom, with the toilet and sink being in a separate room. But the glass was frosted so it wasn't too big of a deal. The staff was excellent, the front desk will set up any of the temple tours you want to do at a very reasonable price (for the tuktuks). If you tried to set it up by yourself, you'll likely pay much more than what they've had the drivers agree to. They will also help with any other travel needs you might need, they helped us arrange bus tickets through Giant Ibis. The hotel itself was great, like most hotels everything is overpriced compared to the street prices. The spa only offered massages, no nails or anything else. But the pool looked great! Very well decorated and classy. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with plenty of options from breakfast food, to lunch food, to Asian food, European/ Western food. Great place to stay for the price, only downside was it was a 10min tuktuk ride into town, each time you wanted to go. But it was closer to the airport.

We had just spent a few nights at a much lower cost hotel that gave better service. Yes this place is nice looking, but due to its size, unless you are a large tour group, it is hard for them to give you a high level of service that a smaller place can easily do. Their breakfast was large, but not high quality and it is everyone for themselves when you compete against the large tour groups. The stay was just fine and was close to the airport which is why we chose it, but for the price, there a many other options for less that are better.

The hotel is very nice, very comfortable and with excellent staff, Sokkol makes you feel very welcome and makes sure the guests are very well looked after. The pool is very nice and the room was in excellent condition.

A great all round hotel. I had a great room with a view of the pool, staff were great, very helpful, nice pool, excellent breakfast buffet. Good massage in the Spa as well...In short I had nothing to complain about.

Fantastic hotel, staff, location. I can't say enough positive things about our stay. Because we stayed 3 nights they upgraded us, gave us free dinner , and a massage. The staff were exceptional. Book your tours through them as well, cheaper than on street. This hotel is amazing.

Very big and clean room with comfortable beds. We booked a superior room but was upgraded to a triple deluxe room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Helped us to arrange tours around siem reap. Overall good experience and highly recommended.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a fabulous stay! The staff are lovely and organised a private and a group tour for us.. Both guides were fantastic. Breakfast was good and the staff were lovely.. Between 2 and 3$ to get to pub street in a tuk tuk. Would def recommend it

This hotel was worth every penny. It wasn't very expensive to start with and the services and facilities you receive for your money were worth it! The staff knew English and the room was very comfortable and looked better than the photo on the internet. The hotel is only a short tuk tuk ride from pub street. All in all a very pleasant experience.
