Pineapple Villas on Laguna Beach

The property needs updating but that is not something that is needed as long as the property is maintained and thoroughly cleaned between bookings. There is dust all over the walls in the bathroom and there was hair and a part of a contact lense between the bed and headboard. There was also a dead bug on the floor and the cleaning rag was left wet and laying out on the dresser. The room also had an off smell. The location was quiet, away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown PCB, which I prefer.

Clean, convenient, relaxing. Located right on the beach with a nice pool area and lots of food options around. We will definitely be back

The worst place I have ever seen. We walked in the room and almost immediately left. The furniture was stained and torn. The floors, bathrooms were disgusting. There was rust all over the place. Not all the pictures are of the same place. Very shady! Do not stay here. We paid to stay down the street instead of sleeping in this nasty place! If I could give it negative stars, I would. I get sick to my stomach just thinking about it. So nasty.

Our family stayed at the beach house, and it worked great for us. It was clean, and it was nice to have a little more quiet since the house isn't physically connected to the hotel.

The room was 100% not as pictured. I believe they may be in the process of renovating, but the villa we got was not. Nothing about it was like the photos listed. The fridge had brown stains all over it. We did kill a couple bugs. The room overall had an old, musty smell to it and just did not seem to be very clean. Beds were ok and sheets were clean. That was the only “plus”. The selling point for these villas is that they are literally right on the beach. That is the absolute only plus side to this location.

The weather wasn't very good because it wasn't sunny, but we had a spectacular time. The hotel is very quiet and the beach is very nice

Property was quiet and the private beach was beautiful. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Great location on the beach. Rooms are outdated & have blinds but no curtains.
