Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card holder needs to be present and the credit card needs to match the one used to guarantee the booking. In case the booking is done by another cardholder, other than the guest, we will need proof such as: a credit card copy (recto/verso) of the cardholder, a correspondence of the cardholder allowing us to use their credit card and ID card/passport of the cardholder. Room rates on 24 December include a Christmas gala dinner and the rates on 31 December include a New Years gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately. As per section 5 of the "The financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laudering Act":"any person who makes or accepts any payment in cash in excess of 500,000 rupees or an equivalent amount in foreign currency shall commit and offense. Section 8. of the same Act Provides that any person who commit such an offense shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 2 million rupees and to penal servitude for a term not exceeding 10 years.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les activités sportives proposées, la variété des repas, la vue sur la mer depuis notre chambre, le calme (adult only) et l'amabilité de l'ensemble du personnel. Cet hôtel correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Top !

La stanza vista mare è grande e il letto ed i cuscini sono comodi. La spiaggia è molto tranquilla ed il mare è cristallino. Ho apprezzato i dispenser con l'acqua "aromatizzata" in spiaggia, i vari giochi (ping pong, freccette, volano ecc.) e la possibilità di usare il pedalò e le canoe gratuitamente. Staff molto disponibile, cibo buono. Ottima posizione. Molto comodo ed utile il servizio che permette di prenotare la "hospitality lounge" per farsi la doccia qualora si partisse dopo l'orario di checkout... Ci ha permesso di goderci tutto il giorno al mare nonostante avessimo già fatto il checkout.

I due interruttori della luce accanto al letto non funzionavano. Risultava impossibile tirare la tenda oscurante fino in fondo, si bloccava. Un giorno ho dovuto chiedere 3 volte per avere il refill dell'acqua in camera. Sono passata fisicamente in reception la mattina ma non è stata fornita. Ho quindi chiamato alle 15.30 e poi nuovamente alle 17. L'acqua è stata finalmente portata alle 18 passate. Specifico però che è successo solo una volta.

Le service, la gentillesse du personnel et leur disponibilité. Toujours un petit mot qui fait plaisir. Mention toute particulière à Sheila (au petit déjeuner) et Cédric (à la sortie en vélo), sans oublier le personnel du restaurant Italien la Dolce Vita. (Nous y sommes allés 3 fois). Nous avons l'habitude de fréquenter des hôtels haut de gamme : Seychelles, Maldives, hôtels en Asie : Ce qui fait véritablement la différence de l'hôtel AMBRE c'est la qualité de l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel.

Le nettoyage des chambres est un peu léger. La chambre est assez vétuste : Les WC fuyaient et le flexible de la baignoire était défectueux. Le matelas du lit n'était pas très bon.
