Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card holder needs to be present and the credit card needs to match the one used to guarantee the booking. In case the booking is done by another cardholder, other than the guest, we will need proof such as: a credit card copy (recto/verso) of the cardholder, a correspondence of the cardholder allowing us to use their credit card and ID card/passport of the cardholder. Room rates on 24 December include a Christmas gala dinner and the rates on 31 December include a New Years gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately. As per section 5 of the "The financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laudering Act":"any person who makes or accepts any payment in cash in excess of 500,000 rupees or an equivalent amount in foreign currency shall commit and offense. "Superbe séjour."

C'est la 3ème fois que nous venons et tout a été parfait. Le personnel est très attentif à notre bien être, les repas sont de qualité, l'ensemble de l'hôtel est très propre. Nous reviendrons à nouveau.

- la plage + jeux disponibles - transfert sur l' ile au cerf/accès plage privée - l'ambiance le soir avec les lumières - joueur de piano dans le restaurant italien

On s'attendait vraiment à mieux vus les commentaires sur Google qui ne correspondent vraiment pas à ce que nous avons vécu. - désorganisation lors du checkin (apparemment récurrent selon ce que nous a glissé un employé) / le personnel ne savaient pas expliquer les différentes offres liées à l'hôtel ni le fonctionnement du golf ayant un lien avec l'hôtel. - attente de 2h pour que nos valises arrivent jusqu'à la chambre et ce malgré deux relances à la réception. - vétusté des constructions - chambre très mal isolée et peu lumineuse - personnel de l'hôtel peu souriant/ comparé aux autres hôtels, sauf dans les restaurants où le personnel était bien plus agréable !

"Beautiful resort with amazing pools and views."

The facilities were amazing, especially the pools and access to the beach. The whole lounging area is beautiful and everything is nicely maintained. The property is very large and it’s great to go on Long Beach walks. The rooms were spacious and the bed was as comfy.

The food at the buffet restaurant was rather plain. We had all inclusive and it took a while to get the staffs attention to order drinks. Overall some of the staff was not super friendly at the restaurant. The staff at the reception was fantastic.

"Wonderful holiday!"

Everything was perfect during our honeymoon holiday! Management from the resort organise special dinner and brekfast in the room. Rooms are spaceous and clean and has everything needed for your stay. Beach towels are provided and you can use every day a new one. Resturants are good. At main facility - ”Indigo“ you will find a variety of dishes including local taste and international ones. At the bar coctails was perfectly mixed and has a lot of choice available. Every evening has singer or DJ who makes the atmosphere amazing. On the beach there is also boat house with various acticities you can enjoy, we tried snorkeling. I can say very good experience in every aspect! Staff is very polite, no matter on reception, resturants, bar etc. They know how to take care of guests!

Maybe rooms and bathrooms can be refreshed a bit. Looks like a bit amortised already, but not a big deal. Has everything needed.
