Ambre - Adults only

The breakfast was really good but when I went to get a glass of juice the wait staff emptied my table, took my plate with food remaining, and my drinks were gone. They sat somebody there all within 2 minutes of going to the juice bar and walking back.

It was Not an adult only facility. There were children and teenagers with their parents, obviously, but that is moot. It advertises as an ADULTS ONLY FACILITY, period. Also, it took nearly 2 hours to get the room while sitting in the lobby. Apparently, I was told, they prepare the rooms only as they are requested, unlike other major brands that flip the rooms and make them available immediately upon prior guest check out. The food was amazing.

Check in was quite slow.

There is absolutely nothing not to like about this property. Everything and everyone exceeded our expectations

Location is excellent. Private lagoon beach which is safe and clean. Staff led by Mr. Rakesh Fakir is warm and helpful. Staff helpful in activities too like kayaking or any other stuff. Pool is good too. Our suite was excellent too. One hotel which feels like going back on a holiday!

Breakfast should have more Indian food options.

Everything was wonderful — the room, the pool, the food, and especially the staff. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

I liked the facilities and staff was polite mostly.

Staff was too slow and dishes should have stickers mentioning allergens. Chefs take long time to come out to talk about allergens. Stickers can save everyone’s time. Songs could have been modern and dance ones, if live wasn’t doing.
