Beautiful location and wonderful Ocean View.

Overall the resort is nice. Clean. Good bargain. Great staff. Facilities very clean and updated. I felt they were a little overbearing with regard to our kids. No jumping into the pool. No running in the kiddie pool. They even called the room when my daughter was sitting on the balcony by herself watching her tablet because there was no adult (balcony is about 1.5 feet outside of door, not true balcony, and I was sitting right inside there). The water system smelled so much of bleach and my skin was so itchy.

Our room had a great view. Nice beach. Common areas very nicely decorated. Good security check entering the property.

Property is beautiful and clean. Staff very helpful and attentive.

Excellent staying

The only thing I didn't like is that it didn't have public parking, I had to leave the car and wait 30 minutes to pick it up, that's the only thing I didn't like about that hotel

There are staff that need work on their customer service to be specific the receptionist. I was attended by a man name Oscar and didn't feel welcome what so ever. The other staff were lovely.

The customer service was great. We liked the place. The rooms could use some upgrade. Our sliding door didn’t close all the way and underneath the sink was dirty. It didn’t affect our stay but might consider staying here again because of the rooms

Everybody was nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean. It needed more options for outside shopping and eating
