Ocean Breeze Nuevo Vallarta

I have been staying here for over 15 years and it is still as nice as it was back then. Stayed two weeks and never left the property. Highly recommend

The beach was awesome

There was lots of construction noise dirt traffic! They promised to move us and every day they had an excuse for keeping us in a room right on the construction! Very bad restaurant on site.

Only complain is that the AC did not cool enough. It reached 21 C at night which was confortable enough but during the day It never came lower than 25 C

Great staff

Eric at front desk was excellent.

From checkin to departure the staff were very friendly and helpful. Always had smiles on their faces. We had the regular hotel room with 2 double beds (they were comfortable) and a bar fridge. Hair dryer did not work so they installed a new one. Pool was not too cold, and there were a lot of lounges. Unfortunately, like most places, people put towels, books, etc on them at 8 in the morning (against Hotel rules). The beach was expansive and also had a lot of lounge chairs & palapas. We didn’t buy the meal plan as it was expensive. Bought a few groceries to have breakfast in our room and then ate out at some of the many great restaurants nearby. Did buy 2 hamburgers for lunch poolside but it was very expensive. We would return to Ocean Breeze (now called Sea Garden).

Pros: * The pool, the beach and the restaurant are near each other no need to make a lot of steps like other hotels. * Good service either you look like mexican or like foreign * Climate pool * This hotel does not waist ALL your time on parking or trains as (Vidanta grand luxx or Grand Mayan) * The pizza is delicious Cons: * Pool hours should close at 10 pm instead of 9 pm * Ice machine location Special thanks to Karen Galaviz at the lobby for the check inn and the check out. She make us feel very welcome on this long trip. Notes: *Ocean breeze seems to be Sea Garden, so its part of Vidanta *You should call the hotel to see the smoking rules. I believe 420 is not allowed on the beach or any hotel location, but I can not tell.

It’s giving motel

I enjoyed the stay because it was quiet and safe. The staff was super nice and helpful. They have games and events at the pool area. The hotel is highly clean. The only thing that bothered me was the room conditions. A bit old school. The bathtub was already cracked and had some weird stains. The toilet kept running. Unusual for such new area. Nevertheless, I was happy. My daughter and I had a great time. Cute restaurants around the area.
