Bell Boys were great, especially Jorge. Joy squad were very entertaining. Manny, Funny, Josie, Luis , Brittney. Older building with lots of charm. Front desk did wonderfully. Just remember your in there country, relax and enjoy a Mexican minute.

We were so very pleased with everything this property had to offer. The views, staff and food were out of this world❣️❣️

We got to the hotel at 315pm and was told that check in started at 500pm. (RESERVATION SAID CHECK IN STARTS AT 300PM) After waiting and checking we finally got in the room at 515pm.

Great place ,older crowd. Great staff , safe , good location , recommended for people , that want a quite place , they let you make or bring your own drinks for pool . Helped me on . A budget so i can come next year

We had a great stay, the entire staff was fantastic, very attentive, pleasant and helpful. Pool grounds were great, beach access. The only thing that fell short at the hotel is the food and drinks. There are not many restaurant choices outside the hotel, but not having great food at the hotel, made us look elsewhere.

Very nice beachfront hotel, with big pools and nice waterfront. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Food in the restaurant was good. Drinks are quite expensive other than beer.

Property is small and easy and fast to get around. Very quiet area, quiet at night. Meet the same people and staff everyday which makes for a friendlier experience. One restaurant. Its clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. Our tub in 2306 needs resurfacing. Walking outside is safe and many restaurants with different options all seem to cater to tourists with allergies. Walking the huge beach is safe, not a lot of locals selling anything except at the beach market. Its about 20 min cab ride to town for about 250 to 280 pesos. Breakfast buffet is amazing, so much choice even for me with lots of food allergies. GF, egg free and dairy free. I would recommend the whale watching tours and rhythm of the night tour.

The hotel was very clean , the welcoming staff was awesome . Unfortunately a few front desk staff were not so friendly. When I booked on line with Expedia it sais that it was an all inclusive but it is not . The restaurant and bars are expensive. I would not stay there again

The property is small and easy to get around. The dining option is limited to one restaurant with a small menu. It is within walking distance of other restaurants around the marina. Our room had a coffee maker and small fridge. There was no option to purchase or grab an early morning coffee other than making one in your room. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. The staff are very good. Entertainment is very minimal and drinks are expensive in the bar/lounge.

Disappointed that no coffee or bottled water was supplied free of charge in the room.
