The Casa Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

I am away a lot for work and normally stay in the chains of hotels, I chose the Casa as my normal hotel was fully booked, since staying I have decided to stay again and I think I will be using this hotel from now on

A lovely hotel with friendly staff.

Nice place

Stayed at the Casa a few times now due to customer visits in the vicinity. Has never failed to be a great place to stay and excellent value for money. The location is relaxing but at the same time accessible to road network.

Really nice stay in a lovely hotel that is well placed for my business customer visits. The tree cover at the hotel kept it nice and cool during the warm summer weather that we had at the time!

Lovely room, lovely hotel. Arrived late on business so sat at the bar for a couple of hours. Soma was incredibly hospitable. Would 100% stay again

The hotel was cheap, the room was fine but being in the attic was extremely hot due to weather. Staff helpful. Unfortunately breakfast was ruined by an individual that thought it was acceptable to have his headphones on whilst in a conversation for the whole of breakfast annoying everyone despite several hints to stop. Would have been nice if the staff asked him as it was obvious.

Rooms clean and tidy but what whole property could do with a refurbish

It had a traditional feeling about it. No lift to our part of the hotel (2nd floor) which was very inconvenient. Bathroom shower was very weak as was the toilet flush. Basin waste plug got stuck and we had to call the proprietor to release it. No AC but fan was provided which was a great relief. No safe in the room - you can leave stuff in the office safe.

Although the hotel is a little dated the room was very good with a spacious bathroom but the main thing about the casa hotel is the brilliant staff from check in to service at every point you were met with a friendly face willing to help
