The Casa Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

The building is beautiful, but very tired and the interior is in great need of improvement

The property has been neglected, breakfast was awful. Room was ok but needed updated. Overall, would be a lovely hotel if it was cleaned up.

Bobby the receptionist is super nice

Tried to charge me twice. Room needs attention. Little dated. Broken cabinet marks on chair and dressing. Clean though

Clean room and a great breakfast. Didn’t like that a cheap rate meant you had to drag your bag a long distance up and down stairs. No elevator. Otherwise happy.

I stayed at the Casa hotel for one night due to moving house the following day. The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and welcoming. I was allocated room 23 as I made my way to my room I did get a little lost due to stairways and corridors but this was not a problem. I arrived at my room and was pleasantly surprised, the room was bright and extremely clean I couldn’t fault it at all. The bathroom was spotless and the amenities were perfect offering tea and coffee, television and items such as iron hair dryer and shower products. All in all a great stay and a great night sleep (bed was super comfy)

We stayed at the Casa hotel after attending a wedding and evening reception relatively close by. The hotel staff were helpful, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was an additional £9.95 per person. The so called 'continental' options were three types of cereal, two types of yoghurt, and white & brown bread for toast. For the hot food, it was buffet style and included scrambled egg, hash browns, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomato, baked beans, and brown /red sauce. Romms were functional and warm although slightly outdated and in need of repair ?particularly our sink and taps). It was lovely and quiet though which was fabulous!

Check in was smooth, room was lovely. Bed was comfy. Nice little hotel.

I booked late for a single room and ended up staying in an Executive Double which was great
