The Casa Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

All good but wifi reception poor in the room o was assigned.

The room was comfortable , however the layout of rooms with signage for no 22 was confusing , took a while to find it. Breakfast room was cold . Sink had chip in it, and shower drain was blocked

Great hotel, few pubs and shops around. Staff nice. Bedrooms excellent.

Overall hotel is a nice place to stay rooms and facilities are ok nothing flash but all staff are excellent.

Hotel is a little dated and could do with some modernisation but the staff are lovely and the food was superb.

Hotel was ok, nothing special inside. Nice location outside. Disappointed to be charged 20% VAT on top of the menu prices ( should be included) and also a service charge was automatically added to my lunch and dinner bill. Surely this is at the discretion of the person paying for the meal. I questioned both charges but was told that it’s written on the very bottom of the menu. I would challenge anyone to try and read these terms and conditions on the menu. Writing was tiny. Even the waiter could not read it when challenged. Not good. Asked for the manager to make contact to explain but never got a call in 12 hours. 😡

Very warm and friendly staff at reception, and very helpful. The general public areas of the hotel were quite tired and in need of updating. The corridors were like a warren to find my room, and in need of serious re-furnishing as the carpets looked like they were laid when the hotel was originally built. My room was very clean and comfortable, but again, could do with some updating. Breakfast was fine and again the staff were very helpful. Outside and grounds were a bit like a building site but having said that, for the price, I would stay there again.
