"Excellent"

The room was extremely hot during the night with no way to control the temperature and the Sky light was difficult to open. Room decent enough for a short stay. Staff polite and helpful.

"Would give a second chance"

Very dated decor, rooms are so far away from reception. On arrival being given our key we then discovered we were at the furthest and lowest part of the hotel (down in the basement practically) to then find our key didnt work which meant traipsing back up to reception with our luggage. Receptionists were helpful however two members on the desk at any one time, no smiles or the usual cheerful welcome you would expect with a customer facing role, instead two ladies chatting slouched back on chairs having general chit chat. Our room was clean however, the TV didn't work (probably due to being down in the depths of the basement), there was a massive crack in the window which let in a draught, the heating didn't work - this was partially resolved by having a very dated portable heater in situ however the date on the PAT test was from 2021 so not sure how much I wanted to use this! On using the shower, the shower doors were loose and let water out, also there must have been a drainage issue as my feet had a lovely bath with the water filling up in the shower tray! Room 25..... I'd try the hotel again but not this room.

"Abysmal and rude. Managers following us to argue.."

Absolutely shocking! I gave this place a second chance to redeem itself from the week before however this was abysmal in the state of the room and the service given. We stayed for two nights, on the first morning on taking a shower, the shower tray completely flooded and then flooded the entire bathroom to the extent that this went out to the carpetting in the bedroom. My partners clothes for work that day were ruined. We told reception about this and was met with "we will tell housekeeping". Based on that the week previous there had been a similar however less dramatic event in the bathroom (shower tray flooded only, not the bathroom too) there was clearly an overall issue with the drainage within the hotel as this was less than a week apart, different rooms etc. However, we did explain this and got less than impressed faces and bare minimum responses with "if it's not fixed then we will move your room" On returning back to the hotel that evening we asked reception straight away if it had been solved. Different receptionist and looked like we'd disturbed her watching tv to be honest. "yeah it's sorted". when we queried if it actually had and then raised the issue of if there was any compensation for the inconvenience and ruined clothes she just repeated herself saying it was fixed. The FoH Manager then started arguing with us saying it was fixed so what did we want. Acknowledgement of the hassle, an apology, a discount, just something to make us feel valued not a row

"No good for disabled people"

No good for disabled people, it’s really hard work. If you’re disabled it’s up and downstairs and there’s a lot of stairs would’ve stayed there again no because of the stairs

"Enjoyable - but could have been better "

We stayed here last year and enjoyed it which is why we returned again. However it wasn't so good this year as we were in a room with extremely loud air conditioning/heating that could not be turned off and so there was a loud fan which sounded like a spin dryer and hissing noise during the night which disturbed our sleep

"A lovely hotel, with lovely staff."

We had a lovely stay at The Casa Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It's a lovely hotel and was an ideal location for an event we had in Camberley. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again when we are in the area. Next time, when we have more time, we will take walking boots and enjoy the local nature reserve which is on the doorstep.

We both really like the hotel. Staff were friendly, room very clean with a super comfy bed. Very quiet and we had an amazing time staying at Casa hotel. Ever since we returned twice already.

"Excellent"

A very rambling hotel and bedrooms not the easiest to get to (not too easy for two Eighty year olds).The very kind receptionist escorted us to the room and showed us a couple of “short cuts”. The room should have been heated : prior to arrival; just to take the ‘chill’ off! Otherwise ok
