The Casa Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Reception we had to go through a dark what seemed like un used bar. Receptionist although polite was not very friendly and happy. To find our room we had to go upstairs to go down stairs to go along and down more stairs. The room was lovely, a good temperature, clean and the bed was comfy, best nights sleep I have ever had when staying at a hotel.

Stayed due to locality and remembered from old… it’s a great location just tired…

Rooms are tired and in need of a make over. Breakfast is ok but lacks lustre First night was quite but the second night the hotel was busy with a wedding. Had I known this I would have cancelled the second night. The noise from the wedding went on late

Friendly, interesting. Room and decor was a bit dated but for the money great value.

Overall very good, my only issue was with breakfast when we came down at about 9.10am there was several items missing from the buffet breakfast and appeared was slow to replenish so was unable to have some of the items I would have liked. Also coffee machine broken and individual pots had to be made and as was quite busy so often were empty

Friendly local hotel with great breakfast

Nice bed, decent sized room. Room was uncomfortably hot when we arrived. Overall the hotel was somewhat down-at-heel and in need of patching up/renovating. If I’d paid full price through the hotel’s own site I’d have been disappointed, but the price through hotels.com was acceptable. Breakfast was mediocre and not worth £10 a head.

Very expensive but it seems to be the same for all hotels in this area. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, food was good and the room was fine.
