Hotel is clean and serves amazing breakfast. Location is also great - very central for the historic part of the city.

We enjoyed the location and architecture of this small hotel in the historic downtown of Puebla. The people that works on it is really friendly and has a great service attitud.

The Hotel is an old house, converted to hotel, so bathrooms not even close to a 4stars hotel, the rooms are small compared with US hotels, internet is ok, parking is pack all the time, meals, it is better to walk to the tourist areas, 2 blocks away. So it is a good hotel still a house where not all the services can be provided. I would recommend to convert the breakfast are to something less sophisticated, more Mexican and able to attract more people to take a breakfast in there.

Very expensive

My experience with this hotel was good. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was convenient if you want to be in the historical part of town. There are plenty of nice restaurant near the hotel. There are 2 things that I didn't like. One was that I could hear every noise coming from the lobby, and the second is that the door in my room has 4 little windows that let the light from lobby in and it was a little annoying for me. I like to sleep in the dark.

It´s a fantastic hotel, well located, with great facilities and friendly service. I would recomend it without a doubt

Based on other reviews here and a hotels.com rating of "outstanding" I really expected to like this hotel. However, our stay was very disappointing in terms of important service and management issues. The hotel's excellent location and interesting facility could not overcome these to result in any better than an overall poor experience. Specifics: 1) Failure to fully remedy the problem of an unhonored request for an extra bed. 2) Failure to provide heating on chilly morning on the hotel's essentially outdoor dining room.3) Lack of management or adequate staffing during a large part of the stay. 4) Failure to properly service the room. 5) Very poor service in the restaurant.

this is a wonderful place to stay, 3 blocks from El Zocalo, Catedral and all this pretty places to eat or to drink a cup of coffee. this is a beautiful boutique that has a colonial touch.. the rooms, the little patios and the little restaurants makes you feel Mexico.. I really recommend this boutique rather than a usual hotel
